Overview
Additional provider IDs such as PTAN, RR PTAN, and Tax ID can be entered within the provider details. information is then re-displayed in the Aging module and under the Providers icon in the left-hand menu, making it easy to access and view while managing claims.
Add Additional Provider IDs
1. Navigate to Admin > Providers, then select a provider from the grid.
2. Select Add ID.
3. Complete the following fields:
- Type: Select a type from the drop-down menu.
- ID: Enter the ID.
- Location (Optional): If the ID is location specific, select which location the ID should be associated with.
4. Select Save Provider ID. Repeat the steps above to add additional provider IDs.
Manage Provider IDs
Provider IDs can be modified at any time by accessing the previously added ID and making the necessary changes. To deactivate a provider ID, select Deactivate from the Status column. Inactive provider IDs can be reactivated at any time if needed.
To delete a provider ID, select the ID, then select Delete Provider ID.
