Keeping Your Connection Up to Date
For seamless data syncing between RevolutionEHR and OneSpot, it's important that any changes made to the OneSpot employee’s username or password in RevolutionEHR are also updated in OneSpot.
Failing to update this information may interrupt the syncing or importing of essential items like:

- Admin Data
- Aging Files
- Claim Preview Files
- Scrubbing Files
To keep everything running smoothly, follow the steps below whenever you make changes to the OneSpot employee’s credentials in RevolutionEHR.
How to Update the Connection Credentials
1. Navigate to Admin > Externals > Manage PM Software.
2. Select Update Connection.
3. Update the username and/or password.
4. Select Verify:
- Connection Status = Verified: Select Update Connection. If you do not want to save the connection, select ‘Cancel.’
- Connection Status = Not Yet Verified: Confirm the username and password are both correct, then update any information and try again. If the error persists and the connection cannot be verified, please contact OneSpot Customer Support.
