Clear Snooze

Overview

When you snooze a claim, it will automatically return to your worklist on the Snooze Until date. At that point, the snooze is cleared, and the claim will appear under the Non-Snoozed filter in your claim worklist.

If you’re ready to work a claim before the scheduled Snooze Until date, you can manually remove the snooze using the Clear Snooze action. If a To-Do was created as part of the snooze action, it will automatically be marked as Completed when the snooze is cleared.


How to Clear a Snooze

1. Navigate to Aging > Claims.

  • By default, each claim filtering tab will display Non-Snoozed claims.
  • To view snoozed claims, select the Snoozed filter option within the tab.

2. From the worklist: 

  • Select the Snooze icon next to the claim, or
  • Select the claim row to open the Claim Details, then select Work This Claim.

3. Select Clear Snooze. Once cleared:

  • The claim will be moved back to the Non-Snoozed view.
