Overview
Routinely clearing your browser cache is a quick process and will ensure that OneSpot can operate at its best.
Google Chrome
1. Select the ellipsis (three dots) at the top right of the browser toolbar.
2. Select 'Clear browsing data.'
3. In the 'Time range' filter, change from 'Last hour' to 'All time.'
4. Ensure all boxes are checked.
5. Select 'Clear data.'
Microsoft Edge
1. Select the ellipsis (three dots) at the top right of the browser toolbar.
2. Select 'History.' Then, select the trash can icon.
3. In the 'Time range' filter, change from 'Last hour' to 'All time.'
4. Select the checkboxes for the types of data to clear.
5. Select 'Clear now.'
Firefox
1. Select the menu icon (three lines) at the top right of the browser toolbar.
2. Select 'History,' then select 'Clear Recent History.'
3. In the 'Time range to clear' filter, change from 'Last hour' to 'Everything.'
4. Select 'Clear Now.'
