Overview
The Activity & Notes tab tracks all changes made to a claim during the scrubbing process. It displays a detailed record of actions, who performed them, and when they occurred. This includes activities such as the initial upload to the scrubber, status changes, notes added, and task updates.
What You’ll See in the Activity & Notes Tab
The Activity & Notes tab organizes all actions related to the scrubbed claim into a detailed log. Here are the key columns you’ll see:
- Created On: The date and time the action was taken in OneSpot
- Activity Type: This explains what the activity was (e.g., Created, Note Added, Document Uploaded, Status Change).
- Created By: Indicates who performed the action—either a user or an automated OneSpot process.
- Comment/Note: Displays any user-entered comments tied to a claim action, or system-generated notes created during automatic updates—giving added context to what happened and why.
- Reason: Displays the selected reason (if applicable) for the action. For example, “Place On Hold – Gathering post-op information,” helping clarify the need for the hold at a glance.
