Overview
While working on your scrubbed claims, it is beneficial to have access to the details of a claim. These details include the patient's demographics, policyholder information, service dates, service codes billed, diagnosis codes, provider information, and more.
Once a claim is uploaded to the scrubber, the system automatically generates and saves a preview for it. If a claim has been uploaded to the scrubber multiple times, a new preview will be generated each time.
Previews Tab
The Previews tab displays all previews associated with the claim, listed from newest to oldest. To open a selected HCFA in a new browser tab, click the View in New Tab icon.
