Overview
The aging file generated from Crystal PM will populate claim data in the 'Aging' module.
The 'Aging' module will prompt you to upload the aging report by location; therefore, the aging report generated from Crystal PM should be exported by location. The following instructions outline how to export an aging file by location.
How to Export an Aging File
1. Login to Crystal PM.
2. Select 'Reports.'
3. Select 'Financials.'
4. Select 'Insurance Receivable.'
5. Select 'Generate Report.'
6. In the next screen, set the following filters:
a. By default, the 'Location' field will be set to 'All Locations.' To run the report for an individual location, please select it from the drop-down menu.
b. In the 'Select Past Due Amount>Days Past' field, select 'All.'
7. Select 'Print Status.'
8. Save the report.
9. Repeat steps 1-8 for each location.
