RevolutionEHR - Exporting an Aging File by Location

Overview 

The aging file generated from RevolutionEHR will populate claim data in the 'Aging' module.

The 'Aging' module will prompt you to upload the aging report by location; therefore, the aging report generated from RevolutionEHR must be exported by location.

The following instructions outline how to export an aging file from RevolutionEHR by location. Although this process occurs automatically each night for RevolutionEHR accounts, the following instructions provide a detailed outline for completing it manually.
 

OneSpot accounts onboarded before 06/13/2024: If the 'Aging Files by Location' feature has not been enabled for your account, and you do not see the location filter in the 'Aging' module, these instructions will not apply. For instructions applicable to your account, refer to RevolutionEHR - Exporting an Aging File for All Locations.

How to Export an Aging File By Location

1. Login to RevolutionEHR.

2. Navigate to the 'Accounting' module, then select the 'Invoices' sub-module. 

3. Set the following filters: 

a. Location: Select an individual location from the drop-down menu. 

b. Status: Active. 

c. Approval: All.

d. Payer Type: Insurance

4. Select 'Search.' 

5. Select the export icon to the right. 

6. The file will be downloaded to the 'Downloads' folder on your computer. After it is downloaded, the file must remain in .csv format and unedited. 

7. Repeat steps 1-6 for each location.
