Question: Once I have created a claim file, how do I know where it has been exported to?
Answer: To locate where your claim file has been exported, complete the following steps.
1. Login to OfficeMate and select the 'Admin' tab.
2. Select the 'Setup' tab, then select 'Insurance Setup.'
3. Select any insurance carrier from the 'Select Carrier' drop-down.
4. The file's location will be displayed in the 'E-Claim Path' field.
