Overview
The Scrubbing Outcomes KPI provides detailed insights into claims processed through the OneSpot claim scrubber, categorizing results by upload status: 'Ready to File' or 'Needs Review.' The pie chart visually represents the proportion of claims that were processed without issues (Ready to File) versus those that encountered errors or warnings (Needs Review).
In addition to percentages, it also presents the total number and dollar amount of claims in each status, helping you monitor clean claim rates and identify error trends more effectively.
- Hovering over a piece slice on the graph displays a tooltip showing the total number and dollar amount of claims.
- Selecting 'Ready to File' or 'Needs Review' in the legend will remove it from the graph. Re-selecting it will add it back.
