Overview
Claim previews that were created yesterday and today for all your locations are automatically imported into OneSpot every day at 2:00 AM CST—no action needed! OneSpot has access to everything it needs.
If you prefer to manage things manually—such as selecting specific claims or uploading files by location—you can do that too. Just follow the steps below to export a claim preview file from RevolutionEHR.
Instructions
1. Login to RevolutionEHR and navigate to Accounting > Claims > Advanced Search.
2. Set the following search filters:
a. Location: Select 'X' for all locations.
b. Status: Active.
c. Submit Status: Select 'X' for all statuses.
d. Submit Method: Select 'X' for all methods.
e. Claim Date: Enter yesterday’s date into the first date input and leave the second input empty. This will search all claims created yesterday and today.
3. Select Search.
4. Select all claims or individually select the claim(s) that you would like to include in the claim preview file.
5. Select Actions, then select View Data File.
6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for each location.
