Overview
The aging file generated from Maximeyes will populate data in various sections of OneSpot, such as the payer list in the Admin module and the claims in the Aging module. The following instructions outline how to export an aging file from Maximeyes.
Instructions
1. Select Reports > General Reports > All Reports.
2. Select Aging from Today - Insurance Aging by Insurance & Patient.
3. Set the following filters (you may have to scroll to view the filters and Go button):
a. Location: --All Locations--
b. Provider: --All Providers--
c. With Superbill#: Checkmark this box.
4. Select Go to generate the report.
5. From the top header, select the Export icon.
6. Select CSV as the file type.
