Overview
The scrubbing file generated from MaximEyes is the same file type that is uploaded to your clearinghouse once claims are ready to submit. This file will be used to process your claims using the OneSpot Claim Scrubber. The instructions below explain how to export a claim scrubbing file from your practice management system.
Exporting a Scrubbing File from MaximEyes.
1. Login to MaximEyes, then select Claims > Overview.
2. Set the following filters:
- Provider: All.
- Location: Select an individual location.
- Search Insurance: All.
3. In the Overview by Type/Status section, locate the Ready to Submit/Print row, then select the claim count under the EClaim Primary column.
4. Select all listed claims.
5. From the bottom banner, select Batch Scrub.
6. From the Claims Scrubbing Report screen, select Download 8367P.
7. Repeat these steps for each location.
