Overview
The aging file generated from Eyefinity Encompass will populate data in various sections of OneSpot. The following instructions outline how to export an aging file from your practice management system.
How to Export an Aging File
1. Login to Eyefinity Encompass and navigate to Reporting > Analytics & Insights.
2. Select Accounts Receivable.
3. Select Claims Worklist.
4. Set the following search filters:
a. Location: Select (All).
b. Aging Bucket: Select (All).
c. Carrier Name: Select (All).
d. Plan Name: Select (All).
e. Claim Status: Select (All).
f. Credit Balances: Select Include.
5. Select the Download button.
6. Select AR Detail Table, then select Excel for format.
7. Select Download.
