Overview
OneSpot will auto-sync data from RevolutionEHR on a nightly basis. This process happens automatically, but you can control what data is imported. The auto-sync process will import, update, and refresh the following:
Admin Data: Includes Locations, Providers, and Payers.
Aging Files: Includes all active insurance invoices.

Claim Notes: Includes notes that are included in claim actions like:

Paid
Transfer to Patient
Transfer to Payer
Write-Off
Canceled
Appeal Actions (File Appeal, Resend Appeal, Add Appeal Note, Edit Appeal Date)
Claim Preview Files: Contains claim preview data.
You can easily adjust which data is synced by managing your Auto-Sync Settings.
How to Manage Auto-Sync Settings
1. Navigate to Admin > Externals > Manage PM Software.
2. Select Manage Auto-Sync.
3. Choose Your Sync Settings:
Select the data you want to include in the auto-sync process.
Unselect any data you do not wish to sync.
3. Select Save to save your changes, or select Cancel if you do not want to save your changes. Any changes will take effect the next time the auto-sync process runs.
