Overview
As your claims progress through the various stages of the claim life cycle - from creation, scrubbing, submission, and processing - there may be instances of interruptions that could impact the efficiency of completing the claim. It can sometimes be a daunting task to keep up to date with the rapidly changing statuses of your claims.
OneSpot has developed a set of features to help you manage your claims, monitor their status, and track any necessary actions to ensure they are accurately processed and paid.
Accessing Claims
1. In the left-hand menu, select the ‘Aging’ module.
2. In the top navigation bar, select ‘Claims,’ or, select one of the aging buckets within the ‘Open Claims Summary.’
3. Select a payer in the left-hand menu to see the list of claims associated with that payer.
4. Actions can be taken within the grid or the claim details.
a. Grid: Select the three dots to open the ‘Work This Claim’ action menu.
b. Claim Details: Select the row of the claim you want to take action on, then select ‘Work This Claim’ to open the action menu.
