Overview
The Aging Progress - Report gives you a monthly snapshot of insurance claims over 30 days old, highlighting your team’s most recent actions to move claims toward payment. It helps you identify delays and keep your revenue cycle on track.
What the Report Shows
Open claims aged over 30 days from the first aging file uploaded that month.
If no file is uploaded for the month, claims as of the last day of the previous month are shown.
Once generated, the list is static—no new claims are added afterward.
Pending claims always appear regardless of age. If a pending claim is updated to Active or Completed and is less than 30 days old, it will be removed from the report upon update.
