Payer Details

Overview

Keeping track of payer-specific information can be time-consuming—and storing it in one central location is often even more challenging. That’s where OneSpot comes in. It provides a clear view of each payer and their key details—credentials, timely filing deadlines, contact information, websites, and special instructions—all in one place.

The information you add for each payer will be visible in Aging > Claim Details. With this data easily accessible, you can focus more on working your claims and less on searching for the necessary information.

To get the most out of OneSpot, we recommend entering as much detail as possible for each payer. The following articles will guide you through the process of entering and managing payer-specific details in OneSpot. The more complete the information, the smoother your claim management process will be.

Managing Payer Details

The following articles explain the three main sections of payer details and how to configure each:

Credentials, Documents, Notes, and History Tabs

  • Credentials Tab: Store login credentials for payer portals or systems.

  • Documents Tab: Upload, view, and manage payer-related files like manuals or guides.

  • Notes Tab: Add internal notes—track timelines, issues, or important details.

  • History Tab: View a log of changes made to the payer profile.
