Overview
The aging file generated from Eyefinity Encompass will populate data in various sections of OneSpot. The following instructions outline how to export an aging file from your practice management system.
May 2026 Update
During a temporary transition period, OneSpot will support two versions of the Aging Report export process from Eyefinity Encompass. While the steps below can still be used, we recommend following the updated instructions in Eyefinity Encompass – Exporting an Aging File (New Process, 05/2026). The new process allows multi-location accounts to export Aging Reports for all locations at once. By comparison, the original process outlined below must be completed separately for each location.
How to Export an Aging File
1. Login to Eyefinity Encompass and navigate to Claims Management.
2. Select Billing Reports.
3. Select Aged Claims Report.
4. Set the following search filters:
a. Location: Open the Select Location drop-down and choose the appropriate location.
b. Total By: From the Total By drop-down, select By Claim.
c. Aging Type: From the Select Aging Type drop-down, select Carrier Only.
5. Select Generate.
6. Select Export to Excel.
Note: When saving the file to your computer, include both the location name and the date in the file name.
This makes it easier to organize and upload the correct file to the Aging module in OneSpot.
7. If your organization has multiple locations, repeat steps 4–6 for each location.
