Overview
The scrubbing file generated from RevolutionEHR is the same file type that is submitted from your electronic claims queue to your clearinghouse. This file will be used to process your claims using the OneSpot Scrubbing module.
Exporting a Claim Scrubbing File
1. Login to RevolutionEHR.
2. Navigate to the Accounting module, then select the Claims sub-module.
3. Set the following search filters:
a. Location: Select an individual location or select the ‘X’ to select all locations.
b. Submit Status: Ready to Submit.
c. Submit Method: Electronic.
4. Select Search.
5. Select the claim(s) you want to include in the scrubbing file.
6. Open the Actions drop-down menu and select View Data File. This will download a .txt file containing all selected claims.
For Accounts in the Onboarding Process Only:
Please do not proceed with the below steps. Your onboarding specialist will complete this with you during your Scrubbing Kick-Off call.
Uploading a Claim File to OneSpot Claim Scrubber
To initiate the scrubbing process, claims downloaded from your practice management system must be uploaded to OneSpot. To learn more about this process, view the Upload a Claim Scrubbing File documentation.
