User Roles

Overview

User roles in OneSpot are designed to tailor each team member’s experience by controlling access to specific areas of the platform. Assigning the correct role ensures users can view and manage only the information relevant to their responsibilities.

Note: As of the date of publication, user roles currently only limit access to certain data types within the Admin module. To submit feedback for additional user roles or specific role permissions, please contact us at feedback@onespotbilling.com
