Overview
When a claim in the 'Aging' module is associated with a Scrubbing Worklist item, a new 'Scrubbing Results' tab will appear within the claim details. Additionally, the 'Activity' tab will display the 'Scrubbing Activity' associated with the aging claim. This feature allows you to easily access the scrubbing history and results, making it more efficient when working on your aging claims.
If the aging claim is not associated with a Scrubbing Worklist item, then the 'Scrubbing Results' tab and the 'Scrubbing Activity' will not display.
Activity Tab - Scrubbing Activity
The 'Activity' tab in the aging claim details includes the ability to filter between 'Aging Activity' and 'Scrubbing Activity.' Selecting 'Scrubbing Activity' will allow you to view the activity of the Scrubbing Worklist items that are associated with the aging claim.
Scrubbing Results Tab
The 'Scrubbing Results' tab will include the total count of the errors and warnings that were found for all associated scrubbing worklist items. If no errors or warnings are found, the count will be '0.' The information that is displayed here is the same information found in the 'Scrubbing' module>'Claims' sub-module>Worklist Item > 'Errors & Warnings' Tab. The information in this tab is view only, no actions can be taken. If you need to take action, select the 'Scrubbed Claim' link below to be navigated to the associated Scrubbing Worklist item.
Selecting the blue 'Scrubbed Claim' link will navigate you to the associated Scrubbing Worklist item in the 'Scrubbing' module. You can use this hyperlink to easily add additional notes, take action on unresolved scrubbing subtasks, or view the history of claim previews related to that specific scrubbing worklist item. Select 'Aging' in the left-hand menu to return to the aging claim.
