Overview
Dive deeper into your Scrubbing Performance Trend KPI with the Scrubbing Performance trend report. This report provides a detailed breakdown of the data behind the KPI, allowing you to analyze historical trends, focus on specific time periods, and track payer-specific patterns.
Report Details
The results include claims based on the selected 'Date Range,' 'Scrubbing Status,' and 'Payer' filter settings.
Calculation
- Total: The total number of unique claims processed by the scrubber during the associated month. Each claim is counted only once, based on its status the first time it was scrubbed.
- Needs Review Count: The number of claims within that same month that had an initial status of 'Needs Review' (i.e., the scrubber detected one or more issues during the first scrubbing).
Report Filters

Location: This filter appears only if the upload-by-location feature is enabled for your account. The report will automatically update to show claims associated with the selected location. Choose 'All Locations' to view results for all locations.
Note: The locations in the dropdown will include the locations assigned to the user in the 'Admin'>'Users' module. If a specific location does not appear in the menu, please ensure it has been assigned to your user profile. For more information on configuring location access, please refer to the Add and Manage Users documentation. - Date Range: The default is set to the last 12 months, not including the current month. You can adjust the Date Range by selecting additional filtering options from the drop-down menu.
- Upload Status: By default, all upload statuses are selected. Use the drop-down menu to filter by specific statuses.

Payer: By default, all payers are selected. Use the drop-down menu to filter by specific payers.
- The 'Payer' dropdown includes all 'Active' payers.
Generate Report
- Review/update the filter settings and select ‘Update’ to generate the report.
- Select ‘Reset’ to reset the filters to their default.
Results
The results grid will include the following information:

Location
- This will only display if 'All Locations' is selected from the 'Location' filter.
- HCFA

Upload Status
- The status of the work item when the claim was initially processed by the scrubber.
- Service Date
- External Claim #
- Payer
- Patient
- Balance

Uploaded
- The date when the claim was first uploaded and processed by the scrubber.
Tip: Select any row from the results grid to view the claim and its details.
Show Chart
This button can be toggled between 'On' and 'Off' to control the display of the report. The graph view will update based on the results in the table.
Export Results
- Select the ‘Export Results’ button to export the data to a spreadsheet. Exporting from OneSpot requires external software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Open Office.
- Note: The report download will not include the 'Scrubbing Performance Trend' chart.
