Each bar in the chart represents the total number of unique claims processed in a given month, while a separate line highlights the number of claims that were flagged as 'Needs Review'. With this insight, you can easily spot whether flagged claims are increasing, decreasing, or staying steady over time. This KPI delivers a clear, accurate view of scrubbing performance, enabling you to identify and address potential issues in your workflow.
