Work Claims When You’re Ready, By Their Status
When you update a claim's status to 'Denied,' it’s automatically sorted into the appropriate Claim Filtering tab. This feature makes it easy to filter claims by status, allowing you to revisit and work on them whenever you’re ready to take action.
Simplify Denial Delegation
Using the ‘Deny’ action, you’ll have the option to Create a To-Do. If you're not ready to tackle the claim immediately this feature lets you set a follow-up reminder for yourself or another OneSpot user.
What's Next? Clear Follow-Up Actions
After marking a claim as ‘Denied,’ you'll be able to take one of the following claim actions: Correct, Complete, or File Appeal. These clear options ensure you don’t miss any critical steps in your follow-up process, keeping your claims resolution moving forward.
