Overview
The Stalled Claims - Report provides a simple way to view all stalled claims in one place, with the ability to filter them by their Stalled Reason. The report includes an easy-to-read pie chart that visually breaks down the number of stalled claims by the reason selected. You can customize the report using filters to match your specific needs and export the results to share with your team.
To access this report, navigate to Aging > Claims > By Claim Status > Stalled, then select View Stalled Report.
What the Report Shows
Results include open, non-completed claims that have been stalled, based on the selected Claim Status, Stalled Reason, and Payer filter settings.
Each result reflects the most recent stalled activity.
Report Filtering Options
Customize your view using these filters:
-
Location: Available only if enabled for your account. Filters claims based on the locations assigned to your user profile. Select All Locations to view claims across all available locations.
Note: Location options reflect the locations assigned to your user profile in Admin > Users. If a location is missing, ensure it has been correctly assigned.
Claim Status: By default, the report includes all claim statuses except Completed. To customize the report—or to include Completed claims—use the dropdown menu to select one or more specific statuses.
Stalled Reason: Defaults to All Reasons. Use the dropdown to filter by one or more specific stalled reasons.
