Scrubbing Action - Upload Documents

Overview

Documents relevant to a scrubbed claim can be uploaded and stored in the Documents tab within the Claim Details. Uploading a document will generate an entry in the Activity & Notes tab and update the Last Worked column.

For RevolutionEHR accounts only: If the scrubbed claim matches a claim in the Aging module, the uploaded documents will also display in the Documents tab found within the Aging Claim Details


Upload Documents

To add documents to the tab:

1. Select Upload Documents (either from the claim action menu or Documents tab).

2. Select Choose File, then select a document from the dialogue window.

3. Select a Document Type from the drop-down menu. If Other is selected, the Document Summary field will display and allow you to enter a more detailed description.

4. When finished, select Upload Document, or if you do not want to proceed with the upload select Cancel.
