Overview
Certain claim actions are classified as Last Worked because they indicate that meaningful follow-up activity has been performed. When any of these actions occur, they update the Last Worked column found in the grids within the Aging and Scrubbing modules.
This column provides a quick reference to the most recent review and action taken on a claim, helping you determine whether further follow-up is needed. Hovering over the Last Worked date reveals the specific action and any associated note for additional context. For Aging actions, the most recent note tied to the action will also appear in the Aging Progress - Report.
