Overview
The Aged Claim Progress key performance indicator (KPI) measures how effectively your team is managing claims that are over 30 days old. It provides a real-time percentage showing the number of aged claims worked compared to the total number of active or pending aged claims in OneSpot for the current month.
This KPI helps highlight where progress is being made and where additional follow-up may be needed, giving you a clear view of claim resolution efforts across your team.
