Overview
The Scrubbed Claims Worklist displays claims that have been processed and reviewed by the OneSpot scrubber. Claims are organized by status and include detailed information to help you quickly identify which are ready to be filed and which require attention before submission.
Worklist - Location Filtering
You can filter the worklist by location using the dropdown menu. When a location is selected, the list will automatically update to show only claims associated with that location.
Filtering options are based on the locations assigned to your user profile in Admin > Users. If a location does not appear in the menu, ensure it has been added to your user permissions. For instructions on configuring access, refer to the Add and Manage Users documentation.
Worklist Tabs
Each tab organizes claims by status and displays the number of claims in that status in parentheses.

Ready To File: Displays all claims with no active errors or warnings. These claims are considered “clean” and are ready to be submitted from your practice management system.

Needs Review: Displays claims with errors or warnings that must be reviewed and corrected before submission.

On Hold: Displays claims that have been manually placed on hold for follow-up or further updates.
- View: Scrubbing Actions - Place On Hold & Remove Hold to learn more.
- All: Displays all claims with any of the following statuses: Ready to File, Needs Review, or On Hold.
- Search Claims: Allows you to search for specific, previously scrubbed claims. You must enter two or more search criteria to initiate a search.
Worklist Information
The worklist displays key claim details, including:
- Location: Shows the claim's location (only visible if 'All Locations' is selected).
- Preview Claim (HCFA): Selecting the icon will open a new tab and display the most recent HCFA associated with the scrubbed claim.

Status: The current status of the claim. Statuses include:
- Ready To File
- Needs Review
- On Hold
- Filed: This status will only display in the 'Search Claims' tab.
- Deleted: This status will only display in the 'Search Claims' tab.
- Auto-Completed (RevolutionEHR Only): This status will only display in the 'Search Claims' tab.
- Service Date: The service date of the claim.
- External Claim # (RevolutionEHR Only): The claim ID from RevolutionEHR.
- Payer: The payer that is related to the claim.
- Patient: The patient that is associated with the claim.
- Balance: The total balance of the claim's billed items.
- Uploaded/Imported: The date the claim was first uploaded or imported into OneSpot.

Last Worked: The following actions will update the 'Last Worked' column:
- Place on Hold
- Remove Hold
- Add Note
- Upload Document
- Fixing or ignoring an error
- Fixing or ignoring a warning
