Overview
After a scrubbing file has been processed by the OneSpot Scrubber, claims are automatically sorted by status—making it easy to identify which are ready to file and which require attention. This article provides guidance on how to access and begin working on these scrubbed claims.
Accessing Scrubbed Claims
1. Select Scrubbing from the left-hand menu.
2. Use the filtering menu at the top of the screen to choose a specific location, or to view claims regardless of location, select All Locations.
3. You can take action in two places—directly from the worklist or within the claim’s detail view:
a. Worklist: Select the ellipsis (...) to open the claim action menu. The available actions will be based on the claim's current status.
b. Claim Details: Select the row of the claim you want to take action on. The available actions will be displayed in the claim header.
